Norman Solomon, author of "Unreliable Sources" and a bazillion other books about the decline and fall of the U.S. news media, was Mama's special guest on this day (and I'm proud to say I suggested Norman to Mama).

Also in the studio that day was Jon Cavanaugh, a producer for a major news network, who threw caution to the wind and became brutally frank about the foibles of his profession.
